Refund Policy

Refund Eligibility:

We aim to deliver quality services to our clients. If our team has not commenced work on your project, you may be eligible for a refund of 50% of the advance payment. The advance payment becomes non-refundable once our team has initiated work on your project.

Completion of Work:

If our team has initiated work on your project and you choose to discontinue the service, the advance payment becomes non-refundable. You can pay the remaining 50% of the payment to receive the completed work as agreed upon.

No Refund for Completed Work:

Once the work is completed and delivered to you, no refunds will be issued for any services rendered.

In special cases, if you purchase any theme or plugin, etc., from our Bondhu Store, it’s non-refundable. Therefore, you cannot receive any refunds for these purchases.

Refund Process:

To request a refund, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject “Refund Request”. In your email, provide details such as the service you chose, reasons for requesting a refund, the date of your payment, and the total cost of the service you selected. Additionally, include copies of the invoice and the agreement. We will review your request and respond within a reasonable timeframe. If deemed eligible, refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise mutually agreed upon.

Refund Amount:

If eligible for a refund, we will deduct 5% from the amount paid to cover the payment gateway or Refund Processing  fee. The remaining amount will be refunded within 5 to 7 business days.

Modification:

Bondhu Digital reserves the right to modify our Refund Policy from time to time without prior notice. Stay updated on any changes.
